These purchase conditions apply to the sale of workout clothing, training accessories, running shoes, and training shoes (“the products”) via www.presntclothing.com to private individuals in USA. The sales are conducted by:

1. General
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. We only deliver to USA addresses.
By completing a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions and that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
2. Products & Ordering
We sell workout clothing, shoes, and accessories to private individuals in USA. Orders are placed via our website.
When you complete a purchase, an order confirmation is sent via email – only then is the purchase binding.
In the event of obvious errors in price, product information, images, or stock status, we reserve the right to correct them. You then have the right to cancel your order at no cost.
Note: Discount codes can only be used once per purchase and cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Prices & VAT
All prices are stated in US Dollar ($). We reserve the right for price adjustments, typos, and out-of-stock items.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Unclaimed packages are charged a fee of 35$.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Open Purchase

14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, valid from the date you receive the product.

30-day open purchase applies to unused products in original condition and packaging.

The customer always pays return shipping for both the right of withdrawal and open purchase.

7. Refunds

For approved returns, the amount is refunded within 7 business days.

8. Delivery Issues & Responsibility
You are responsible for providing correct delivery address, email, and mobile number.
In case of incorrect details or if you fail to collect your package, a fee according to the carrier’s rate will be charged.
For home delivery with signature, responsibility transfers to the customer after delivery. Ensure someone is present and can show ID.
9. Damages Upon Delivery

Damage to the packaging must be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt.

Photograph the damage and refuse delivery if the damage is visible.
10. Complaints

Product defects must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.

Complaints are handled in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Private individuals have a 3-year complaint period.

For approved complaints, we will replace the item or issue a refund. The warranty does not cover wear and tear.
11. Campaigns & Offers

Offers are valid while supplies last.

Prices during campaigns such as Black Friday, Singles Day, Cyber Monday, etc. are valid only during the campaign period.

Delivery times may be affected during these periods.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, government decisions, war, or natural disasters.
13. Processing of Personal Data
By registering and purchasing, you consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with GDPR.
You can request correction or deletion by contacting us.
We never sell your data to third parties. Read more in our privacy policy.
14. Dispute & Applicable Law
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Swedish law applies. You can also file complaints via the EU ODR platform.
